The highest honor within the company, Matt was bestowed the 2020 Employee of the Year for his dedication and leadership while guiding The Church Online’s design team amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, international expansion, and domestic growth that saw the staff evolve from 15 to 36 employees in the calendar year.

While holding the title of President for Robert Morris University's Society for Collegiate Journalists, Matt’s chapter was awarded the Chapter of the Year Award from the SCJ National Council and honored in Atlanta, Georgia.
While holding the title of Graphic Designer/Live Graphics Operator, RMU Live won the Best TV Newscast at the 2015 Apple Awards in New York City, presented by the College Media Association. Matt’s graphics package was featured in the award-winning newscast.
Matt was honored with the 2013 Artistic Excellence Award at Penn Trafford High School, after being nominated by the school’s art and design faculty and staff.
Matt’s T-shirt design for the 2013 Westmoreland Cultural Trust banquet won 1st place and was featured as an official gift for all winners attending the ceremony.
