As I get older, the more I tend to understand the nostalgia factor. Aladdin, Toy Story and The Lion King brought so much joy to my childhood, and I can only hope that they do the same for children today and in the future.
Minnie made her debut in a test screening of “Plane Crazy” alongside Mickey Mouse, but her first official appearance came in “Steamboat Willie” in 1928, again alongside Mickey. They both grazed the screen from the start, but Mickey has always been the character that gets all of the love.

When Pixar released their new short film, Purl, earlier this year to promote a new series of original shorts debuting on Disney+, called Pixar Sparkshorts, my interest had instantly peaked. It was like that feeling of being launched from 0-60 on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster.
People always say that Disney trips are a different experience if you’ve gone previously and are able to experience the parks for the first time through somebody else’s eyes. I can speak first hand to this, as my first trip with my girlfriend was absolutely magical. The idea that those same feelings could come back traveling with both my brother and his girlfriend, had me so insanely excited.
